His banjo style is the clawhammer for frailing style, distinct from more commonly found Scruggs style banjo playing in modern bluegrass. John Corbett Country Jazz 2014 09/13/14
Star of Northern Exposure, Sex in the City and My big fat Greek Wedding. Leaving nothin' behind is an album that could easily hold its own among those from top American artists in Nashville, Austin or even Los Angeles. The ability to inhabit someone else's songs and make them your own is what seperates wannabees from the real deal which, come to think of it, is the same trait actors need. It's all about interpretaion, for which Corbett's fans and friends give him high marks.
 
Streetcar Reading 2014 09/28/14
Giving our audience a chance to see something not normally on our playhouse stages. ADULT SITUATIONS AND SOME LANGUAGE! Older teens and above. This is a reading of the legendary play by Tennessee Williams-Disturbed Blance DuBois moves in with her sister in New Orleans and is tormented by her brutish brother-in-law while hre reality crumbles around her. A staged reading means that the actors are on script and are generally seated and stand when it is their scene. A stage manager reads the stage directions. After the read thorugh we will have a question and answer period with the performers and the director. We will have a brief questionaire as to whether they would like to see us bring this to our stage.

Red River Breeze is an insturmental acoustic quartet that plays traditional Celtic, Renaissance, Old Time and World music. The group has been together 13 years and is based in Clarksville TN. Broadway Upside Down & Backward Cabaret 2014 11/07/14
Upside Down and Sideways is a late night cabaret following our performance of Sanders Family Christmas. The Adventure theater will be transformed from a rural church to cafe tables and candlelight. Get ready to hear your favorite playhouse stars sing songs way out of the box. It may sound campy but these folks are going to sing the songs legitimately. A grown man may sing Annies song "Tomorrow", a group of ladies may sing "Nothing Like a Dame". As always specialty desserts and coffee in a casual atmosphere. Suitable for all ages.

25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee--reading Tony Award winning musical...A hilarious tale of overachievers chronicles the experience of six adolescent outsiders vying for the spelling championship of a lifetime.
